Research On The Financing Path Of The Theme Culture Park In Weinan

With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,People's strong demand for cultural products increasingly goes up.Cultural industry is sunrise industry for it plays the significant role in adjusting the economic structure to promote regional economic development.In order to reconstruct our regional economic structure as well as to build up new urban area of Weinan with cultural features,we lay emphasis on developing Cultural industry in accordance with the actual situation of our regional economic development.However,it is the vast investment,expected return lasting for long and the nature of public welfare that makes Cultural Industry Park project faces lots of financial pressure.Based on the above analysis,This paper aims to point out the way of investment and financing for our cultural industry.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is mainly about the background of topic selected,origin,purpose,significance and application value of cultural industrial park in Weinan Economic& Technological Development Zone.The second part is mainly about concept definition on theme cultural industrial park and its related issues.The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of cultural industry investment and financing method.The fourth part is mainly introduce the development of cultural industry and the financing method at home and abroad.The fiveth part is mainly about theme culture park of financing method in Weinan Economic& Technological Development Zone.On the basis of analyzing the elementary conception of theme culture park and construction plan and drawing lesssons from the experience of finacial method at home and abroad.This paper finally points out the financial method for developing theme cultural industry in Weinan Economic& Technological Development Zone,seeking a suitable way for financing theme cultural industry and pragmatically guide the development and management sucessfully of theme cultural industry in our zone.Hence,this paper,staring from the existing actual problems,by theoratical analyzing and studying the experience of financing method at home and aboard,finanlly conclude the applicable financing method in Weinan Economic& Technological Development Zone.
