Study On Control Strategy And Reserve Model Of Material Inventory Of A Power Grid Enterprise

In recent years,to strengthen the inventory control has become a key business measures for the enterprises to reduce operating costs,prevent stagnation of current assets,improve the ability of the rational allocation of enterprise resources and enhance their market competitiveness.A enterprise is the biggest Power Grid company in south China.It takes charge of the management,operation,maintenance and construction of the cross-province framework transmission lines and the important interconnection lines.It is the important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of south China,and the important power resource optimal allocation platform for the southern provinces(regions).However,A enterprise has many problems in the internal inventory management,such as the unclear inventory control strategy,and reserve quota is not scientific,the top-level design of material systems is not considered attentive and reserve management process execution is not thorough enough.Based on this,this paper carries out in-depth research on A enterprise's inventory control strategy and reserve strategy.In this paper,the existing inventory control strategy,material management status quo,the status quo of the reserve management of A enterprise are firstly analyzed,and the existing problems of A enterprise inventory control strategy and reserve management are summarized.Secondly,according to the different classification of power grid materials,propose suitable reserve strategy all kinds of power grid material of A enterprise,select and apply the appropriate reserve quota calculation model.Finally select representative grid materials for example calculation and analysis,through the comparison with the original reserve plan reflects the improvement of the inventory management and reserve management to inventory management of A enterprise.
