With the speeding growth of industrialization and urbanization, Economic growth bringing a lot of carbon dioxide, Climate warming problem catches more and more people's attention.The road to a low-carbon economy is the inevitable trend of world development economy. Shandong province as a traditional Chinese economy big province,RDP has been leading the way. carbon emissions from economic growth,increased by 376% from 1995 to 2014 ? The deterioration of ecological environment problems, makes the shandong province facing great pressure to reduce emissions.Coordinating the relationship between the carbon emissions and economic growth is the key to the sustainable economic development in shandong province.Firstly,this paper,on the basis of the Environmental Kuznets curve(EKC) as the theoretical framework, utilizing the related data from 1995 to 2014 of Shandong Province,analyze the relationship between carbon emission intensity and per capita RDP in Shandong province,drawing a conclusion that the two are not inverted U type, but the right tilt of the S type. Then in the basis of Kaya identity ba, using LMDI I decomposition method to decompose carbon emissions intensity to three factors in stages, energy intensity effect?energy structure effect and the effect of industrial structure. Empirical study results show that: whether in short-term or long-term, and in carbon emission intensity increased or decreased period, the biggest factor affecting the change of carbon emission intensity is the energy intensity and the effect is far more than the energy structure effect and industrial structure effect. Energy structure effect and industrial structure effect is relatively close, and can be reflected in the medium and long term.Industrial energy intensity effect and energy structure effect is significantly higher than other industries, showing a strong adjustment flexibility. At the end of the article,we give the policy recommendations on the basis of the analysis:Improving the energy structure;Optimizing the industrial structure;Improving the efficiency of energy use.
