Steel wire is widely used in mines,ports,metallurgy,transportation,chemical and other industries.However,in the process of twisting,the tension of wire rope is uneven,occurs the wire rope damage when the stress is low.How to ensure the steel wire rope and the stock to bear the load evenly is the key to improve the service life of wire rope and avoid the major production safety accident.Therefore,this paper studies the control technology of tension between steel wire and rope in the twisting process of wire rope,so as to ensure the tension of each steel wire or strand in twisting process.Firstly,the model of steel wire rope under load state is established,and the load distribution of steel wire in steel wire rope is studied to obtain the internal stress distribution.Through the analysis of the stress state in wire rope of a single wire and multiple wire under twisting,the relationship between the stress distribution of wire rope and the twisting mode is obtained,and the consistency between stress distribution and twisting tension control is verified.Secondly,the control method of steel wire tension in the process of wire rope twisting is studied.The principle and characteristics of the tension controller are analyzed,and the design of fuzzy adaptive controller is completed.Thirdly,the fuzzy adaptive PID control rule and the conventional PID control rule are applied to the device respectively,which is to monitor the tension fluctuation of steel wire in the process of wire drawing by building the experimental platform of steel wire line tension control and adjust the controller parameters by using fuzzy controller.Finally,through the simulation of tension change in different laying process of wire rope,the results show that there were difference in twisting tension.It also provides design ideas for the coordinated control method between each wire strand tension level,so as to provide reference basis for the research of tension control method and control system in twisting process of stranding machine,and has strong practical significance to improve the wire rope twisting quality and service life.
