With the development of socialization of large-scale development of the community,the demand for chemical products by leaps and bounds,its quality is also demanding higher and higher.With the continuous expansion of industrial production,its safety,stability,cyclical operation is even more important.HAZOP analysis and environmental risk assessment of its process,the timely detection of potential hazards in the production process,is to prevent accidents,to ensure stable operation and an important method of safe production.Based on the domestic butanol synthesis process as the research object,the research mainly includes:(1)Through the field investigation and data collection of butanol process project of Zhengchang Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the risk factors such as fire,explosion and leakage of toxic substances were analyzed.Through HAZOP,we can find important hazard parameters,dangerous substances and important process parameters which may cause safety and stability of the process.We analyze the causes of accidents and safety problems caused by safety and environmental problems of chemical process,Seek the optimal solution to control the accident.(2)On the basis of HAZOP optimization and analysis of butanol distillation,it is necessary to carry out quantitative and effective simulation of the process system in order to ensure that the process system can achieve the best condition and obtain the best economic benefit under different environmental conditions.By taking into account the specific process parameters in the distillation process on the impact of process safety in order to take safe and effective control measures to avoid the deviation from the process parameters caused by the accident.(3)In this study,the butanol distillation process was selected as the object of study,and the risk assessment method of the butanol distillation was evaluated by comparing the multi-smoke prediction model and the fire explosion model.The environmental risk method Butanol distillation process,the maximum confidence in the production of butanol was analyzed for the leakage of butanol tank,butanol fire explosion.The environmental risk of the leakage of butanol tank in the accident state was simulated by a variety of accident modes and the guide model.The environmental risk of the leakage,fire and explosion of the butanol plant was calculated.(4)Analysis of unfavorable factors that harm the safety of butanol in the synthesis of butanol,combined with the safety problems caused by the risk of harmful factors in the process of butanol leakage.Before the equipment,facilities or systems are tested,the risk mitigation measures of the process control,emergency rescue,risk plan and management system of the effective operation of the protection device are put forward to realize the safety of people,machine and environment.At the same time,for other chemical companies to carry out safety analysis and safety evaluation to provide guidance and reference significance.
