Xitieshan lead-zinc ore is one of the highest elevation lead-zinc mine production base in China,at present,the mine production capacity to deal with the raw ore is 1.5 million tons a year,Xitieshan lead-zinc ore has unique resource advantage,development of lead-zinc ore mineral processing cleaner production technology has good foundation of of resources,and signality.In recent years,along with the mining depth deepening,the lead-zinc grade decreasing,sulphur content sharply raised in raw ore of concentrating mill,which result in problems such as impurities zinc content is high in lead concentrate,associated valuable elements of gold,silver recovery rate is low in the lead flotation cycle,large dosage of copper sulfate and lime in the zinc flotation cycle,tailings slurry pH value and content of heavy metal ions is high,making wastewater reuse rate is low,fresh water consumption is high,and tailings water reuse make big influence on ore mineral processing indexes by lead-zinc flotation process of mill plant.Therefore,the efficient mineral processing technology and separation mechanism was investigated through pure minerals flotation tests,actual ore flotation experiment,adsorption measurement,ICP detection,contact angle measurement and ultraviolet spectral analysis in this paper.1)The pure minerals of galena,marmatite and pyrite flotation experiment results show that galena and marmatite,pyrite can achieve effective separation under condition of Ca2+?pH>11?,XKY-01 and dimethylphenyl dithiophosphate as collector.When butyl xanthate induced floting,and XKY-01??XKH-01+CuSO4??Ca2+?pH=12?role in the flotation of marmatite/pyrite,can be realize two minerals flotation separation.2)The zinc sulfide mineral flotation activation mechanism research results show that three kinds of activator strengthening mineral capability for the adsorption of collector was XKH-01+CuSO4>CuSO4>XKH-01,in addition,XKH-01+CuSO4 strengthening mineral hydrophobic strongest ability.Butyl xanthate on marmatite surface in the form of chemical adsorption,the mineral is activated by?XKH-01 + CuSO4?and butyl xanthate adsorption product characteristic peak is stronger,adsorption is more strong,and appear characteristic peak of activator.Marmatite adsorp copper ion under natural conditions can occur spontaneously,adsorption on the surface of the Cu2+ in the marmatite as a combination of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption,and XKH-01 system exists,adsorption heat is higher,adsorbing capacity is bigger.When Cu2+ and XKH-01 combined action activatedmineral,may increase the number of active points for xanthate adsorption,and the mineral surface will generate hydrophobic collector metal salt Cu?ROCSS?2 or other salts on the surface of compound membrane after collecting agent role.3)The actual ore flotation experiment results show that the concenteate with lead concentrate containing 72.73% lead,1.95% zinc,15.92% sulphur,3.06g/t gold,994g/t silver,lead recovery rate of 93.40%,gold recovery rate of 31.21%,silver recovery rate of82.68%,zinc concentrate containing 49.17% zinc,zinc recovery rate of 93.23%,sulphur concentrate containing 49.98% sulphur,sulphur recovery rate of 75.36% is obtained,when the ore is floated by the production process with lead preferential flotation,zinc-sulphur mixed floating,zinc-sulphur separation.And use new process with XKY-01 strong inhibition of zinc-sulfide mineral,dimethylphenyl dithiophosphate induced float lead,LP-02 auxiliary collecting gold and silver,XKH-01+CuSO4 activated zinc sulfide mineral,accurate control flotation pH,pulp potential and concentration of Ca2+ and strengthen the separation of zinc-sulfide.New technology can improve the lead-zinc,zinc-sulphur flotation separation conditions,increased the beneficiation comprehensive index.Zinc sulfide mineral effective activator XKH-01+CuSO4 industrial test results show that increase zinc metal output value of12053361 yuan a year,beneficiation reagent reduce costs 1787500 yuan,accumulative total economic benefit of 13840861 yuan after the new technology applied in the industrial test.New process showed the advantages of strong,strong adaptability to the ore in field production,stable process,zinc beneficiation index ideality.In the lead,zinc,sulfur flotation separation system,when dimethylphenyl dithiophosphate induced flotation,XKY-01 as inhibitor for zinc sulfide minerals,can be achieve the lead and zinc sulfide mineral flotation separation.For zinc sulfide by the XKY-01 inhibition flotation system,?XKH-01+ CuSO4?increased the zinc mineral floatation speed,to strengthen the zinc and sulphur mineral selective hydrophobic ability,and reduce zinc-sulphur separation difficulty under the media of Ca2+?pH > 11?.Therefore,new technology applied in the mineral processing practice of Xitieshan lead-zinc ore,realized lead-zinc sulfide mineral efficient separation,and beneficiation technology economic indicator excellent.
