| With the growing sense of the concept of consumer wear,People pay more attention to the effectiveness of the product:Safety,comfort and easy to manage performance.Especially in the summer worsted fabric,its wrinkle resistance,washing,sweat wet performance has gradually become the focus of consumer attention.In addition,the rapid development of the textile industry,eco-friendly,sustainable development,environment-friendly,social responsibility and other textile market to become a new development needs,how to meet the new situation of new demand for textiles,make up comfort problems for summer worsted fabric.In particular,The focus of this research is how to improve and reduce the adverse effects of fabric prickles on the human body.In this paper,first focus on screening 12 kinds of worsted fabrics which have been commercialized.From the aspects of using the natural properties of raw materials,yarn hairiness,yarn characteristics,fabric hairiness,fabric characteristics and fabric subjective prickle rating,SPSS data analysis software was used to analyze the 11 indexes,and the main factors affecting the prickle.Based on these influencing factors,we propose a solution to improve the prickle sensation:rational allocation of various raw materials,spinning parameters and fabric structure optimization,special finishing,etc.,and developed a set of high comfort of the summer wool worsted fabric.In addition,the subject in the process of raw material design,focusing on the selection of OZONE WOOL,ultra-imitation cotton,tencel fiber three kinds of fiber blends,because the three fibers complement each other.OZONE WOOL has a high-grade,fluffy,delicate features;Tencel fiber has a good moisture permeability,Skin,environmental protection;Ultra-imitation cotton fiber has good moisture absorption and fast drying performance.Series of fabrics to meet the summer wool worsted textile industry market demand for products,and improve product quality while improve product profit margins. |
