Flash nylon yarn is a modification of conventional polyamide filament,has some different characteristics in the cross section shape and performance.Through market research,found in the field of worsted,flash velvet surface fabric market both at home and abroad by the favor of many customers.Through the analysis found that flash and suede are worsted velvet surface fabric of two relatively opposite characteristics.Flash is polyamide filament,smooth surface,not easy the suede;Wool fiber is a natural protein fiber,different length,surface scaly layers,not easy the flash.In this paper,from two aspects of flash and suede system research,and on the basis of crepe organization has carried on the design practice.In the study,using the method of single factor experiment,analyzes the technical parameters related to the flash,draw a triangle shaped cross section shape of flash,the first thing to do,filament color,tightness coefficient,rolling process is the second element of impact flash light.Flash polyamide is coarse,and the yarn color contrast,the greater the flashing light,the more obvious;Tightness coefficient is smaller,the stronger the flash;The stronger the calendering process,flash the better results.In the study,using the method of single factor experiment,analyzes the technical parameters related to the suede,it is concluded that twist factor,tightness coefficient,felting parameters and the size of suede and pilling indexes have bigger relationship.On the premise of suede size,it is concluded that the single yarn twist factor,the greater the stock yarn twist factor is smaller,the better pilling index;The tightness coefficient,the greater the pilling index,the better;Felting agent concentration 1.5%,pH 4.5?5.5,the shrinkage temperature 30 ? to 40 ?,felting time 10 min?20 min,the conclusion of pilling index level 3 or higher.In design practice,in three tightness coefficient,two kinds of felting process,two kinds of calender process for key process parameters design of orthogonal test,through the combination of 12 different parameters of the fabrics,and carries on the gloss and pilling testing,the use of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation method to evaluate 12 pieces of fabric ordering,concluded on the basis of crepe organization of the key technical parameters of the worsted flash velvet surface fabric,fabric design total tightness coefficient of 111.2;Felting choose air washing shrinkage,time 10 min;Calendering process parameters for the speed of 8 m/min,85 bar conduction band tension,temperature 150 ?.Finished product pilling index 3.5 magnitude,glossiness index of 29.82,the indicators meet the design requirements and style.
