Guizhou is rich in coal resources,coal preparation plant as a coal from mining to enter the market indispensable processing links,green production is particularly important.Pneumoconiosis accounts for more than 85% of all occupational diseases,and cause pneumoconiosis is the main factor floating in the workplace of coal dust,that is,dust.Coal preparation plant machinery and equipment,dust generation,which not only accelerate the machine wear,pollution of the working environment,endangering human health,but also pollute the atmospheric environment,affecting the normal life of the surrounding residents.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dust hazards of coal preparation plant and carry out occupational health protection.Based on the field dust determination data,this paper analyzes the diffusion law and the migration law of dust particles with different particle size by analyzing the process flow and dust-producing links of Zhongling Coal Preparation Plant in Zhongling Coal Preparation Plant of Guizhou Province as the research object.research.Made the main research results and conclusions:(1)According to the process of Zhongling Coal Preparation Plant to analyze the dust production point,and the Zhongling Coal Preparation Plant process in the 62 dust spots on-site dust sampling.(2)experimental analysis of the collected sample composition,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD)were used to analyze the collected coal samples.The experimental results were used to determine the concentration of dust,dispersion,free silica content.The results show that the main components in the coal sample are SiO2,and the dust pollution is more serious than that of the belt and the tail of the belt.The total dust concentration is up to 41.25 mg / m3 and the respiration dust concentration reaches 11.75 mg / m3.Respiration dust concentration accounted for about 60% of the total dust concentration;Zhongling Coal Preparation Plant coal free silica content of less than 10%.(3)Analyze the dust diffusion equation and the migration law,analyze the forceof dust in the process of diffusion and its influence on the trajectory of dust,and establish the trajectory equation of dust movement in coal preparation plant.Study on COMSOL Numerical Simulation of Dust with Different Particle Size.The results show that the law of dust migration in coal preparation plant is affected by factors such as particle size,belt speed,air flow consistency,local atmospheric pressure and external wind speed,in addition to its own gravity.(4)Through the numerical model and the computer simulation software,the dust diffusion phenomenon and the particle trajectories of the dust particles are simulated and the visualization graph is obtained.Intuitive expression of the dust concentration of the higher position and time for the workshop workers working time and geographical reference.(5)Based on the results of computer numerical simulation and the actual situation of dust removal equipment and dust control in Zhongling Coal Preparation Plant,a set of targeted,efficient and reasonable coal preparation plant dust control scheme is put forward.
