Analysis Of Factors Affecting Industrial Carbon Emissions In Heilongjiang Province

With the economic development,a large number of fossil energy is consumed,which leading to increasing of carbon dioxide emissions.The increasing of carbon emissions has led to a series of environmental problems,Which also seriously affected the normal life of mankind,So,to reduce emissions is imminent,China has taken various measures to control the further increase of carbon emission.During the process of industrialization,China's carbon emissions are increasing.Heilongjiang Province is an old industrial base in northeast China.Through the use of energy,the economy has developed rapidly.Under this background,it has important practical significance to research on,the status of industrial carbon emissions and the impact factors for the development of green industry in Heilongjiang Province.In this paper,four main parts were discussed and analyzed.Firstly,the current situation of natural and human of geography,and the natural conditions and economic development of Heilongjiang Province were summarized,and basic theroies were reviewed and expounded.The results show that the status of industrial energy use and gravity change of economic development of Heilongjiang province in 2014 all focus on the change of Harbin City.Secondly,Tapio decoupling model analysis in various areas of heilongjiang province industrial carbon emissions and the relationship between economic growth,among them,the heilongjiang province in 2006 ~ 2008,2011,2012 to present weak state,namely economy and carbon emissions are on the rise,the extent of economic growth is greater than carbon emissions,jiamusi and mudanjiang city from2006 to 2014 in most years have reached the ideal state of strong decoupling,elasticity coefficient more negative;Northeast area(including,shuangyashan,hegang,yichun three cities)of the elastic status area is consistent,namely first weak decoupling decoupling to the recession,from growth to reduce carbon emissions and economy.Northeast area(including,shuangyashan,hegang,yichun three cities)of the elastic status area is consistent,namely first weak decoupling decoupling to the recession,from growth to reduce carbon emissions and economy.Thirdly,Iwill be divided into 38 industry in heilongjiang province,the use of IDA LMDI factor decomposition model to analysis the influence factors of every industry,the influence factors of carbon emissions increase all industries including population scale,industrial development,industry structure.Further use STIRPAT model to explore the environmental regulation on the industrial emissions of direct and indirect effects of heilongjiang province,the results show that environmental regulation of carbon emissions has obvious inhibitory effect,in exploring the effects of environmental regulation of intermediary variables,environmental regulation makes further optimization of industrial structure,to promote energy structure,makes further optimization of industrial structure.Fourthly,some suggestions are put forward:(1)transforming the pattern of industrial economic growth;(2)improving energy efficiency;(3)raising the government's awareness of reducing carbon emission.
