Research On The Relationship Between Ecological Environment Level And Economic Growth In Nanjing

Ecological environment is the foundation of objective material conditions and space on which human beings depend on survival and development,and it is an important symbol of social modernization.The realization of the Chinese dream is the grand goal of our government,and the ecological environment is also a part of the Chinese dream,and an increasingly important and inevitable part.Level for the development of Nanjing,the ecological environment is one of the core power of the local economic and social development,the quality of the ecological environment to a certain extent restriction,Nanjing economic and social sustainable development.Now nanjing economic development to ecological destruction and environmental pollution at the expense of economic growth mode is gone,because the model is not only brought about by the rapid economic growth,at the same time also brought a series of ecological environment problems.As early as in 2004,Nanjing municipal party committee,municipal government made the "green Nanjing strategy,construction of ecological civilization city" of the strategic decision,start formal plans to Nanjing to create civilized city of green,ecological and environmental protection.According to the characteristics of Nanjing itself,it has established the total goal of constructing eco-cities in about seventeen years and in three stages.Therefore,studying the relationship between ecological environment and economic growth in Nanjing has great value in both theory and practice.In this paper,the econometric analysis method,such as co-integration theory and ECM model,is used in this paper.Based on the data of ecological environment level and economic growth variables from 2001 to 2015 in Nanjing,the relationship between ecological environment level and economic growth of Nanjing city was studied quantitatively.In this process,due to the diversity and complexity of the indicators contained in this variable of ecological environment,And draw lessons from the expert's research results and according to the actual situation of Nanjing and index of availability and data integrity,etc.,from ten to take table in Nanjing,the ecological environment level variable indicators,Finally,ten indexes were treated by entropy method to obtain the ecological environment level of Nanjing city.After analyzing the data of two variables,this paper concludes the research conclusions and gives corresponding countermeasures.The results show that there is a positive interaction between the ecological environment level and economic growth in Nanjing in the first 15 years.Secondly,the continuous improvement of the level of ecological environment can lead to a certain degree of economic growth.Likewise,economic growth will promote the improvement of ecological environment level.But in the long run,the growth of the economic growth driven by the improvement of the ecological environment is significantly greater than that of economic growth.Third,although the ecological environment of Nanjing level continuously improve to drive the growth of the economy,but from the point of each point in the short term that is every year,there are short-term volatility and the economic growth or deviation is opposite bigger,will cause the economic costs of waste and extending the cycle of ecological environment and economy coordinated development.So the article analyses the main reasons of this phenomenon,namely the short-term disorders and less investment,industry internal structure industry technical,fewer workers,etc.,and puts forward some solving countermeasures.
