Research On The Design Of Circular Weft Knitting Machine

Global textile industry has entered a "bottleneck" period in recent years,with both production and marketing growth slows down.China is the biggest textile producing and exporting country in the world.We need to find ways for our textile industry to survive and develop in the severe environment.Most of the existing textile equipment designs aim to reduce the cost while limited consideration is given to the appearance.There are a lot of impractical designs for the equipment.Therefore,we hope to have a better understanding of the functions and operation modes of the products,and analyze what kind of design is more suitable.Domestic textile machinery has been in a very primitive state for human factor engineering calculation;people think that it is reasonable as long as product is available,while have very limited consideration of the comfort,safety and high efficiency in the process of use.By taking human factor engineering and ergonomics as the breakthrough point of the product modeling design,this paper conducts comprehensive analysis of people's action,habits and psychological needs when they use products,summarizes the kind of design that users need,and finds out the design points of JWGE-T series circular weft knitting machine modeling.When designing the JWGE-T series of circular weft knitting machine,we not only consider the needs of equipment and human in the process of use of machine as the key points of the design,but also combine related knowledge of aesthetics design,material processing technology,structure design,and family-based design.Besides,this paper summarizes the experiences of circular knitting machine modeling design and propose a new design idea and design target.Eventually,the appearance of the circular knitting machine design achieves the effect of use comfort,reasonable operation,and high security,and the goal of improving product value and increasing the purchase demand is achieved.In addition,by regarding the design ideas and design requirements obtained by the appearance design of the circular weft knitting machine of JWGE-T series of circular weft knitting machine as the template,the paper conducts theoretical ion,finds out the new research direction of textile equipment appearance modeling design for the circular knitting machine,provides the theory basis for future design promotion and transformation,and offers diversity and systematic design train of thought for other textile machinery modeling.
