The aim of this paper is to establish a fast,simple and accurate method that can determine 22 kinds of sulfonamides and synergist residues in animal-derived foods.The extraction efficiency of sulfonamides residues by ultrasonic extraction,homogenous extraction and other pretreatment extraction methods were compared;and the purification effect through liquid/liquid extraction,solid phase extraction and matrix dispersant for animals-derived food were compared.Finally,homogenization was selected as the extracted method,acetonitrile was used to extract solvent,and QuEChERS was used as the purification method,and LC-MS/MS was used to analyze the confirmatory detection technology of 22 kinds of sulfonamides in animal-derived food.The results showed that when the addition levels of 22 kinds of sulfonamides were 5.0,10.0 and 50.0?g/kg,the recovery rate ranged from 75%~100%,and RSD(n=6)was 0.4%~4.2%.22 kinds of sulfonamides were in good relationship when the concentrations ranged from 0.1~10.0?g/kg and R~2?0.9947.The detection limit is5.0?g/kg,the recovery rate,precision,linear range and detection limit conformed to the requirements of GB/T 27404-2008“Criterion on quality control of laboratories-chemical testing of food”.This method is fast,simple and accurate,which conforms to the requirement of rapid screening and detection of sulfonamides and their synergists in animal source food,and shows practical application prospect.
