Research On The Refined Management Of Hunan Highway Maintenance

With the rapid development of highway construction in Hunan Province, the focus of highway work will be maintenance and management instead of construction. At present, Hunan highway maintenance and management exits some problems.The problems are institutional settings are not perfect and the management method is single. It can not meet the requirements of modern highway maintenance and management of high-speed, high standards and quality that the management of Hunan highway is extensive. Therefore, the study of highway maintenance and meticulous management has an important significance to highway maintenance for the healthy development of Hunan Province.In order to study the highway maintenance management, this paper start from the highway maintenance management theory, management theory refinement, and the fine management theory was introduced into highway maintenance and management. This paper proposed the highway maintenance and meticulous management theory. At the same time, this paper analyzed the status and problems of highway maintenance and management in Hunan Province. Based on the analysis and the actual situation of Hunan Highway Maintenance Management, this paper proposed design scheme and implementation of security of Hunan Highway Maintenance fine management.Through this study, the idea of Hunan highway maintenance fine management was proposed. Also, the implementation programs and standards of maintenance fine management was developed which can be applied to Hunan highway maintenance fine management, and it also can provide a reference for other areas highway maintenance fine management.
