Study On Maintenance Management And Planning Of Expressway

In this paper, a study on maintenance management system, maintenance management policy and maintenance work area planning of expressway is summarized. It starts with analyzing expressway maintenance management system status in several developed countries. On the base of reviewing the developing history and analyzing the deficiency of expressway maintenance management system in China, using the advantage experience of other countries for reference, presents a two-stage maintenance management mode, which is established on the base of expressway maintenance entering social market and maintenance contract management. Then analyzes the demand of maintenance management developing, presents pieces of advice of policies relevant to maintenance management, those policies are about expressway management, developing maintenance market, maintenance safety management, maintenance quality inspection and detecting and maintenance mechanism. Advising some statutes, standards, which are important to practicing policies should be established or modified.
