It is not only necessary to meet the existing lines operations security, but to ensure the bridge construction safety and progress for the bridges construction affected by the existing lines. Construction faces protection security and removal difficult, terrain conditions, restrictions multiple crosses, and many other factors. As it is constrained by these features and factors, bridge construction process that impacted by existing line contains a very large number of security risks. However, the practice of engineering in the security risks of research, control is also very weak. To research the bridge construction security risk analysis, evaluation and effective control which impacted by existing line, and to minimize safety risks to construction projects is an important theoretical significance and engineering practices.Firstly, summarize the basic concepts, nature, basic methods and theories of risk identification, evaluation and control, determining the basic content of the bridge construction risk control. Secondly, analyzing the bridge construction characteristics and risk-control needs with support from Chongqing Baishatuo Yangtze River Bridge, establishing the indicators system of bridges overall risk assessment including the scale of construction, climate, hydrology-geology, topography, bridge construction technology features and the construction process maturity. Evaluate the construction of Chongqing Baishatuo Yangtze River Bridge by expert risk weighting method. Based on the evaluation results, risk control technology including the risk avoidance are taken to ensure the construction safety. Finally, Propose the corresponding construction safety control measures in connection with the feature that the pier 3# of main bridge, construction will line and other structures adjoining to the existing line are not only adjacent to the railway, but construction difficult. The safety-control measures for pier 3# are put forward from three aspects of risk assessment including: underwater blasting technique, blast detection and foundation construction. The safety-control technology for sidewalk construction including:Safety inspection and protection for blasting, construction plan and construction safety risk assessment etc.The construction safety risk assessments and control technology based on Chongqing Baishatuo Yangtze River Bridge improve and enrich the theories of the risk identification, assessments and safety-control technology of bridge construction affected by existing lines. While providing a reference for the effective control and management of the bridge construction safety risks affected by existing lines.
