Research On Quality Management And Control Of XX College Student Dormitory Construction Project

With the continuous development of societypeople from the pursuit of material numbertowards the pursuit of quality.College students demand for dormitory living environment has been improved. Therefore, to study how to improve the quality of student dormitories is very import to safeguard lives and safety of students and school property. It is also import to maintain the credibility of the construction company and the actual investment interests. Construction Project Management Quality directly affect the company's investment returns, but also have an impact on the socio-economic and environmental benefits. Poor quality of the project endangers the interests of the broad masses of the people, a threat to life and property, thereby affecting the country's economic development and social stability. Construction project management and quality control is the key to improving the quality of project management, but also the maintenance needs of the people's interests. In order to improve the living conditions of students, improving the living environment of the hostel, Chongqing Vocational Institute of Safety& Technology started the construction of the dormitory project. During the construction process, there are some problems on quality due to the mismanagement and other causes of the project, these problems affect the project schedule and quality. On this basis, this article carried out quality management and control research, mainly for the student s'dormitory construction project of Chongqing Vocational Institute of Safety& Technology?The full text is divided into seven parts, the first part is an introduction. This section I will presents the research background and introduce the research significance, and analysis the research status of this issue. Finally, the research methods and technical routes and some others are described in this part. The second part, I elaborated concepts and theories. These conclusions of the subsequent analysis has laid a solid theoretical foundation. The third part of the article is a simple explanation, mainly for student dormitory construction project management, and problems from construction process of the project were analyzed in this part. The fourth part of the article:On the basis of the second and third parts of the conducted feasibility study, through theory and practice, proven project management implementation is feasible. The fifth part:Since project management applied to the construction quality management and control is feasible.This article focuses on how specific operation. This paper will present the overall principles and implementation processes,and pre-described risks and contingency plans put forward.The sixth part:It is an analysis of the construction project management control effect. The seventh part:Author summarizes the main findings, and future research directions and contents were predictable.Through this research, author hopes to put forward valuable suggestions on the construction of student dormitories of Chongqing Vocational Institute of Safety & Technology in the existing problems, but also plays a reference to another engineering project quality management and control.
