The Research On Optimizing Quality Management Of Dormitory Building Project In Higher Vocational Colleges

Urbanization and the university enrollment expansion have promoted the prosperity and development of the construction industry.In recent years,A college as a vocational college,has been expanding enrollment.The past several dormitories for students have not fully met the enrollment needs of this higher vocational college.The new dormitories’ construction has become an urgent matter.At present,the project site,project preparation and progress of A vocational college students dormitory construction are completed basically.The problem that the construction unit needs to solve now is how to complete according to the requirements of the contract and ensure the quality of the dormitory building project is on the basis of the national quality standard.So it is necessary to start with the perspective of quality management,perfect the management method and guarantee system of the construction project and improve according to the previous construction project management experience in order to ensure the student dormitory construction project complete successful.This paper makes a systematic and important research on the project management of the quality management and control implementation of the A college dormitory construction project.It is the starting point.Specifically,this paper deeply explores the current situation of quality management in the construction of A college dormitory project and from the present situation,the problems and reasons of the quality management of the A college dormitory project are explored.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures on how to improve the quality of project management,hopes to improve the control level effectively,and improve the quality of construction project management.The paper is divided into the following parts,the first is to explore the background,significance and current research status of this topic.The second is to start with the basic situation of the construction project of the A college dormitory,to explore the current situation and existing problems of the quality management of the construction project and analyze the causes of the problem.The third is to put forward the optimization plan for the quality management of the A college dormitory construction project from three aspects of principle,scheme design and organization improvement.The fourth is to put forward the guarantee measures for the quality management of the A college dormitory construction project and evaluate the quality of the construction project from three aspects of sampling,sampling and overall effect of base pile.
