| This paper makes a comprehensive study of main factors that affecting the precision ofreducer system. All the factors are taken backlash as the last object, that is to say transform theprecision problem to backlash. The backlash including the manufacturing and assembly errorsin the main components of reducer,the thermal changes and deflections. It also analyses themath connections between every factor and backlash.Based on considering each error with its probability distribution law and pointing out theshortcomings of current theories and methods of transmission error analysis for gear drivesystems, put forward a Monte-Carlo simulation analysis method of transmission error, whichprovides a theoretical means for accurately estimating the transmission precision for geardrive systems. The result, which is gotten from planetary gearing transmission precisionanalysis, reveals that the method not only could get the distribution of gear transmission errors,but also could avoid the unnecessary waste of precision and reduce the price of gear Manufacture.This paper indicated that the last level backlash is the largest proportion in the whole gearsystem according to analysis all the effected factors in the gear system. It also indicated thathow to distribute every level transmission ration in order to reduce the whole back lash. Itprovides assist instrument for imitating precision value of system with the programs which iscombined by VC and Matcom .that provided technology support for system design. |
