Project quality management in engineering construction is one of the key content of project management, so the research of project quality control has an important role in the project construction.This thesis is the implementation of LongYinHuaFu engineering project as the carrier, analysis of difference between domestic and foreign construction management, through based on theoretical research, starting from the actual situation of the project, the various factors by the method of literature research, survey method and data collection method to find out the LongYinHuaFu construction projects in the implementation process may affect the quality of the project; and through the analysis of investigation on site construction quality, the project quality deviation appeared in the actual construction process, according to the study of quality deviation to create full, the whole process of quality control management system and guarantee system based on effective, to ensure the overall quality of the project. Finally, through the study of project quality control method of LongYinHuaFu deviation, and puts forward the measures of quality risk prevention personnel, materials, machinery and equipment, method and environment based on the quality of the projects, ensure reasonable control, project quality objectives and tasks completed.
