Research On The Aging Transformation Of Old Residential Areas Under The Background Of Aging

With the continuous development of social economy and medicine,people lives healthier and longer.However,the aging phenomenon is accompanied.As China’s pension career is still in its infancy,the great number of aging people has brought tremendous pressure to China,who is short for the old-age facilities,old-age services and pension guarantee.In order to cope with the increasingly serious aging problem,our government has gradually adjusted the old-age policy,putting forward the"Based on the family pension,supported by the community and seeking for help from the institutions as a supplement".Therefore,the current pension will last for a long time.However,current residential landscape quality in China is poor,especially in those old residential area.Lacking of green space,terrible traffic,norrow road and damaged facilities,are the common problems in these old residential area.These problems cause a lot of inconvenient to the aged people and reduce the life quality.Therefore,how to create a comfortable and pleasant residential environment for the elderly,to promote the elderly’s physical and mental health and improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years,has become an urgent need to solve the problem.This article mainly studies the residential landscape which is suitable for the elderly living by reading the relevant literature.The author introduce the theories about the construction of residential area,the policy and the example of aged people residential area for the aged at home and abroad.What’s more,the dissertation explore the landscape environment for the aged based on the old people’s physiology,psychology,behavior and social characteristics.In addition to theoretical research,the article also adopted a social research method.The eight different districts of Fuzhou in different periods of the old district in Fuzhou were selected to investigate the current problems of old residential area landscape and the need of the aged.On these basis,the article give the idea and regenerating strategy of landscape environment for the old residential area.In this study,the changes and the special needs of the elderly were discussed and investigated in a comprehensive way.The data collected by the questionnaire were detailed and reliable,and the concept and strategy of regeneration of the old residential landscape were put forward,which could be helpful for the guidelines of landscape environment for the aged.Meanwhile,it could provide the reference for the landscape environment regeneration and enhance the environment vitality.
