Research On The Adaptability Of Residential District Planning And The Aging Of Populations

In 2002, China has got into an old-age society. With the socio-economic development, the general improvement of living conditions and family values, changes in the elderly living problem in China has fast become the social issues of concern. In this paper, I attempt to residents of urban planning and design from the point of view to study the housing problem of the elderly.In this paper, the reality of aging start with social conditions, in the investigation and research, based on old-age model for the Chinese situation and development trend of the residential planning and design of analysis and research. From the View Angle of the multi-interdisciplinary, by means of which provide for the aged in the present stage on mode and trends of the right pension position. Put the practical question of China's actual that the aging housing problem challenges and order in urban planning put forward their own views and proposal to explore the model for our Aged residential construction planning and design direction and development.This can be divided into four parts.The first part (the first chapter) for the topics of the background and significance of the study, explained the purpose, methods and main content of this study, introduces the elderly population, human longevity, elderly housing construction and other related concepts, while make a reasonable discourse by home and abroad research condition.The second part (the second chapter) for analyze the aging of our population status and development trend, and further analysis of our current pension model and its development trend.The third part (third, fourth, fifth chapter) According to under the last chapter of our current pension situation and development trend model, further analysis of the aging population of urban planning and construction of residential areas. And for a number of out of it, put forward practical and suited to an aging population planning design of residential areas, and seek in the living area to the elderly can spend their remaining years in happiness to create a living environment.The forth part (the sixth section) and summarizes the contents of the full text and summarized.
