With the prosperity of the Construction market,the competition is more and more intensifying.If the construction enterprise wants to survive and develop in the fierce market,construction enterprise shall paid more attention to the Tender Bid section.As we know,there are plenty of risks exist in the whole processes of Tender Bid,in order to provide basis for the bid of enterprise and to offer guarantee of realized profit of enterprise,these risks shall be analyzed and effective precautionary measures shall be adopted to deal with various kinds of uncertainty factors in construction project to eliminate the loss to the greatest extend or to minimized the loss brought by the risks.Consequently,systematically study the bid risk problem becomes particularly importantThis thesis choose petroleum pipeline project as the research object,combine with the actual situation of project tender bid to make in-depth and systematic research form two aspects of tender bid risk analysis and risk decision,which mainly analysis from the risk identification,risk assessment and risk decision management.Firstly,introduces the background,the significance and the domestic and oversea current situation of tender bid risk research,gives the main research contents and technique route of the dissertation,also,introduces the procedure and requirement,compilation method,strategy and technique of tender bid of petroleum pipeline project.Afterwards,introduces the contents related with engineering project risk management to identify the risks in the tender bid of petroleum pipeline project,and analysis its risk factor,using risk assessment to conduct detailed research for the risk in tender bid of petroleum pipeline project.Moreover,this thesis uses the method of probability analysis to analyze the tender bid and establish the risk model,combines the practical engineering and makes tender bid risk decision and adopts prevent measures by using the @risk software to simulate the probability distribution of risk in tender bid.At last,summarized the research contents and results and expound the direction of next step research.
