With the improvement of people's living standards,people are increasingly relience on the power of energy,the quality of the power requirements and Power outage time are also getting higher and higher.At present both domestic and abroad are actively planning and building smart grid,the core of smart grid is content of the realization of the power grid of information,digital,automation and interaction.Grid-faul-locating is the first step to achieve smart grid.Through the advanced sensing and measurement techno logy,advanced equipment technology,advanced control methods and advanced decision methods,to establish the real-time power grid management,to make power generation,transmission,transforming,using interaction,to achieve Grid-faul-locating.The system proactively supervises power failures and reacts quickly to achieve smarter power supply and distribution,enabling reliable,safe,economical,efficient,environmentally friendly and safe use of the grid.Based on the above background,a fault-locating-algorithm for grid is proposed for the accurate positioning,omission and false positives of existing distribution network positioning system.And this algorithm as the core,set up a set of grid fault monitoring system.The system in Yunnan Province,Kunming,Dali,Lincang,Banna and other areas of trial operation.The contents of the article are as follows.(1)Design a new type of the information model to descript topology structures,including the model based on the sorting algorithm,traversal algorithm.(2)According to the above information model design,fault-event-classification algorithm,classify the information report by communication terminal,collect the information report by communication,judge the information report by communication,and finally as much as possible to restore the fault occurred on the line.(3)design fault location algorithm,the failure of the fault location of fault location,and through a variety of ways to show to the user.(4)using genetic algorithm for fault location algorithm.
