Research On Spatial Layout Of Basic Public Service Facilities In Counties Based On Network Analysis

Currently,due to the basic public services irrational reasons,resulting in a series of problems,such as medical treatment is difficult,schooling,etc.Thus,the basic layout of the public services is gradually concerned by the government,academia and other sectors of society.Based on the review of basic public services related to spatial layout,the research system of basic public service facilities layout is constructed,the use of network-analysis-based,weighted Voronoi diagram method,Huff model method,location accessibility analysis and 2SFCA as the analytical tools for a comprehensive analysis of the study area.Based on the construction of study system in Deqing County,Zhejiang Province medical services,as an example,is empirically analyzed.Some suggestions are made about spatial distribution and promotion of public health service facilities.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 Introduction.It analyzes the research background,research significance and research progress at home and abroad,content,research methods and technical route of the article used;Chapter 2,the basic concepts and theoretical basis.Introduces the definition,connotation of basic concept of public service,public services,basic public services and related theory.Chapter 3,basic public services of county spatial layout study system.It introduces the research system in the county to build public facilities space planning and research methods used and also describes the parameters in the model to determine the pretreatment data;Chapter 4,Deqing County medical facilities layout.Basic public service facilities spatial layout system is applied into Deqing,including the service area analysis,the potential population and medical services accessibility of county hospitals,township hospitals and village community health service stations;Chapter 5 Deqing County medical services space layout optimization tips.Mainly rational allocation of medical facilities,scientific layout medical services and multi-featured service function;Chapter 6 Conclusion and Outlook.The main conclusion of the article,suggestions,shortcomings and prospects.Through this study,the author draws the main conclusions as follows:first,research system constructed conducts a comprehensive analysis and better reflects the service area,potential service population,location accessibility and reachability status of facilities of local public service facilities,second,service area and potential service population of Deqing County medical facilities were analyzed,finding the problems,it is recommended to take measures to improve,and next,through analyzing Deqing County Settlements' location,a big difference is found about Deqing county residential location accessibility and for which recommendations are made on this problem.then besides,in aspect of facilities reachability of Deqing County medical facilities spatial layout,there is a big difference between facility accessibility of residents.County hospital on the layout,the accessibility of the population in the middle and above the level covered by settlements reached 66.65 percent,the higher the proportion,indicating that the entire area of Deqing county hospital up better;on township hospitals layout,the accessibility of the population in the middle and a good level of settlements covered reached 42.62 percent,lower.proportion,indicating that the entire area of Deqing county township hospitals for medical treatment up poor;on village layout-level health stations in terms of accessibility of the population in the middle and a good level of settlements covered 47.5%lower proportion,indicating that the entire area of Deqing County health centers for medical treatment up poor.A comprehensive settlement of the various facilities in terms of accessibility,accessibility of the population in the middle and a good level of settlements covered to reach 66.65%.Accessibility level there is still much room for improvement.Last,Deqing County Medical facilities spatial layout optimization suggestions:rational allocation at medical services,science layout medical services and develop multi-featured medical services.
