Environmental Assessment Of The Construction Project Of The Pension Center Of The Coal Taishan Nursing Home In Shandong Province

The current trend of the aging society gradually,increase social endowment demand,In this paper,the Shandong coal Taishan sanatorium pension center construction project as an example,the project environmental analysis and operation management research.The project is located in Taishan District of Tai'an City,former Thai Street office is located in the mountain at the foot of the Taishan River in the north,grooming,ring road,South on the west side of tiger mountain,mountain Avenue,the geographical position is superior,the traffic is very convenient.Hospital environment elegant,tree lined,three quarters of flowering,evergreen,fresh air,high content of negative oxygen ions,known as the "natural oxygen bar",is nursing,rehabilitation,training,tourism and leisure ideal place.Firstly,the research background and the general overview of the project construction,and analyzes the research status and the research contents of this paper,the field at home and abroad;then,lay the theoretical basis of this study from three aspects of environmental assessment,social and natural environment;third,from the area of the environment and the condition,engineering analysis,environmental impact of air analysis of surface water environmental impact analysis,groundwater environmental impact analysis,noise environmental impact analysis,solid waste environmental impact analysis,and other aspects of the project environmental analysis;finally,gives the research conclusion and pollution prevention measures and suggestions.In this paper,the main achievements are as follows:(1)the research background and the current domestic and foreign scholars on the project management research results,analyzes the related theory research,including the management of medical equipment;(2)evaluate the environmental analysis of Shandong coal Tai'an sanatorium nursing center construction project.
