With the gradual loss of demographic dividend and the improvement of automation in China,the development and expansion of unmanned vending machines in the retail industry has become an inevitable trend.Embedded technology is the guarantee to control the delivery of vending machines.Web technology provides another solution for remote background management of vending machines.With the coverage and popularization of WiFi signal at the present stage,it is possible for vending machines to connect to the Internet in the form of WiFi signal wireless communication.This thesis makes full use of the current mature Embedded technology,Web technology,network technology to build the ARM and Embedded Web Server as the core of the vending machine sales control system and remote monitoring system,completed the vending machine retail function and background batch management design.First,this thesis introduces the research background and research status of vending machines,analyzed the feasibility of setting up an Embedded Web Server owned by the vending machine operator for remote background management on the basis of connecting wireless router with wireless WiFi signal,clarified the main research direction and research significance.Secondly,in the sales control system,not only designed the basic retail function of the vending machine control board composed of a number of functional modules,and designed relevant auxiliary modules to further improve the reliability and stability of the vending machine,but also designed a vending machine self-test function for improving the site installation efficiency of vending machines.Then,on the basis of analyzing different kinds of multi-machine communication technologies,the principle and protocol of multi-machine communication of vending machines based on RS485 communication standard are defined,and the operation mode of master slave communication of multiple vending machines is designed,which lays a foundation for the follow-up intensive management.Finally,in the remote monitoring system,based on B/S architecture,with HTML + JS technology to design the client sends an HTTP request,an Embedded Web Server to answer HTTP requests with the WiFi module supporting TCP/IP protocol.Meanwhile,Ajax and other technologies are used to optimize data interaction according to the characteristics of Embedded Web Server.Eventually,vending machine operators will be able to monitor multiple vending machines remotely and in real time from any PC or mobile phone by a browser.In this thesis,this system has carried on the experiment test and field running test,the results show that the design has reached the expected requirement,effectively enhanced the vending machine operation reliability and the later management economy.
