| The power industry is a kind of public, is one of the pillar industry of the country, theelectric power plays an important role in promoting the development of national and localeconomy, the development of the power industry and the continuous and reliable powersupply is related to the beneficial to the people’s livelihood. With the continuousdevelopment of national economy and the people’s production and living level increasing,and the national power customer on the power of the increasingly high demand for powerload, overload is becoming more and more serious. The electric power construction projectis related to the beneficial to the people’s livelihood event, the risk is complicated, so theimplementation of project risk control is particularly important. But the current projectmanagerial risk concept is weak, the domestic management means is relatively backward. Sothe research on the risk of power construction project should also be put on the agenda assoon as possible.This paper systematically introduces the relevant concepts of power engineeringproject risk, the power engineering project risk factors, risk identification, evaluation, andcoping strategies are studied. Baoqing County Electric Power Bureau is a subsidiary ofChina State Grid Corp in rural power enterprises, their own strength, power construction,construction experience and management experience and power supply enterprises can notbe compared put on a par with the comprehensive strength, is in a relatively low level. But asthe provincial first-class county power enterprises Baoqing County Electric Power Bureau inthe County Electric Power Bureau in China’s relatively representative status. Based on theanalysis of risk factors, the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method for risk analysis of Baoqingcounty electric power construction project, the assessment results are analyzed. Finally, theresults of the analysis put forward countermeasures for the risk of Baoqing County ElectricPower Bureau Power in construction project.
