Research On Quality Control Of Beautiful Rural Planning And Design In Wuyun Mountain

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed to build "ecological civilization,build beautiful China".Beautiful rural construction is an indispensable component to realize beautiful China.Beautiful rural planning is the most important content of beautiful rural construction.The design plays a decisive role in rural ecological environment,the overall layout,traffic reconstruction,cultural connotation,tourism developmen t,landscape characteristics and so on.At present,China has been in the beautiful rural planning has been very effective,very successful cases of Anji and so on.However,there are still a lot of shortcomings in the practice and theory research of the whole beautiful countryside.Good village planning is not built,but designed.The quality of planning and design is related to all aspects of the quality of all the beautiful villages.First of all,this article takes the modern quality control management as the theoretical basis,tries to apply the quality management to the beautiful countryside planning and design,and combs and analyzes the whole process of the planning and design,finds out the key stage of the quality management in the planning and design,Respectively,for the program design,preliminary design and construction design,combined with quality control management methods,targeted for each stage of quality control management.Secondly,in the project of beautiful villages in Wuyun Mountain,the rural environment of Wuyun Mountain is analyzed comprehensively,including the traffic environment,the humanistic environment and the ecological environment.And the problems and the present situation of the beautiful rural reconstruction in other natural villages in China,and the specific situation of the planning and design of the beautiful villages in Wuyun Mountain,the author tries to find out the five Yunshan Planning and design quality control of the key issues for the back of the quality control management to prepare.Finally,the quality control management program is applied to the planning and design of the beautiful villages in Wuyun Mountain.QFD quality expansion method was used in the program design stage to find the key demand points a nd balance points of the local villagers and the surrounding consumers to establish the project plan.In the preliminary design,causal diagram analysis is adopted to avoid the design quality problem caused by abnormal factors.In the construction design stage,the process quality control method is used to check the input factors in the process method for the first time and find the quality problems in the output so as to grasp the key points of the quality control in order to improve the design quality.The research results and practice process can provide some experience and reference value for the quality control of design planning,and combine the quality function development method and the cause and effect method.In this paper,the quality control theory is applied to the actual planning and design project of the beautiful villages in Wuyun Mountain.Graph analysis method and process quality control method are applied to the whole process quality control system,and also provide theoretical support and technical support in the whole process of quality control management of planning and design.
