Bai Shizhou: Research On Heterogeneous Spatial Structure And Its Vitality

Shenzhen Baishizhou City Village as China’s existing large-scale urban living heterogeneous space,with great research value.The research method adopted in this paper is based on the field research,using the spatial syntax theory and analysis method to analyze the spatial characteristics of Baishizhou and the relationship between the spatial and architectural functions of Baishizhou,and summarize the syntactic analysis results and field research results.In this paper,the space of Baishizhou is selected as the research object,and the quantitative analysis and objective evaluation are carried out.First of all,in the entire Shenzhen city space system through the degree of integration and synergy to analyze the relationship between Baishizhou and the city,in order to interpret the heterogeneity of Baishizhou.Secondly,according to the spatial cognition logic,the axis layout method and the internal space shape of Baishizhou,the spatial morphological characteristics of Baishizhou are analyzed from the technical method,and the spatial characteristics such as the integration degree and selectivity degree of Baishizhou are studied.The spatial structure of Baishizhou is extracted and the spatial network of Baishizhou is divided into three grades.On this basis,the correlation between spatial characteristics To determine the spatial performance of Baishizhou.Finally,by studying the distribution characteristics of the construction function of Baishizhou and the correlation between space and function,the social,economic and cultural characteristics hidden behind Baishizhou are explained.The significance of this paper is as follows: Firstly,the theory of spatial syntax is applied in the study of urban heterogeneous space,and the spatial depth research model based on spatial syntactic integration is proposed,which solves the problem of street space The possibility of structural description;the second is through the division of the structure of the area of Baishizhou.Thirdly,through the study of the spatial structure of Baishizhou,it provides a more objective theoretical basis for the transformation and renewal of urban heterogeneous space such as Baishizhou.In this paper,the conclusion of this paper is that,in the first place,there is a heterogeneity with the surrounding urban space.Baishizhou itself has formed a perfect and complete spatial system,but the visual guidance caused by excessive building density Failure and weak comprehensibility of the performance of the poor performance of space,indicating that there is indeed space in the Baishizhou,isolated situation.Finally,the spatial and architectural functions of Baishizhou are especially related to the commercial function,and the distribution characteristics of Baishizhou ’s architectural functions in space reflect the commercial characteristics of Baishizhou various commercial levels and the consumption culture The social characteristics.
