Analysis Of The Spatial Structure And Type Of Traditional Settlements Of The Bai People

The traditional settlement of Xizhou in Dali,Yunnan,is the best preserved and largest traditional settlement in china.The research methods used in this paper is based on the spot investigation,the morphology and structure of street space and architectural space to analyze the Xizhou traditional settlement by using the theory and the analysis method of space syntax of the syntactic parsing results and field research results are summarized.The research of this paper is the review of the history of the formation and development of the space of traditional settlements in Xizhou streets,street space and building type select selection as the research object,quantitative analysis and objective evaluation deeply.From the technical method according to the performance index of standard numerical street space syntax level(efficiency can be up to the street)will be divided into three grades,then based on the topology structure of street space distance of the space syntax indices to analyze the settlement of street space depth and the structure,characteristics and types,street space plane the building function types and spatial layout,formed the main clue and research framework of this paper,which can explain the distribution characteristics and the principle of structural features and architectural space of traditional settlements of the street space.The conclusion of this study: the traditional settlement is to street space depth of the structure of logic,the formation of a skeleton structure(level 1-3 topology depth)and two levels of the main structure(3-6 topology depth)and three level discrete structure(6-11 topology depth)three spatial structure system;at the same time it can be seen that the types of street and building function the whole space is in accordance with the law of the settlement three level structure distribution.The significance of this study: one is the space syntax theory to application and analysis on the traditional settlement space in Xizhou,put forward the performance index based on standard space syntax(i.e.numerical efficiency of space depth research model as foundation,solve the possibility of the structural description of the settlement space is two;through thestreets of space structure classification,so that we can form streets and buildings of traditional settlement function distribution to establish an objective analysis and path,public understand of the problem of architecture has a more clear explanation.Three,through the study spatial structure,it provides a more objective theoretical basis for the protection principles and methods of traditional villages and the strategy of sustainable development.
