Nowadays,the world is changing rapidly with the latest innovating revolution widespread in energy field.As an indispensable and significant part in securing the national energy and promoting the national economic system,National Power Grid has been making great efforts in the national energy-saving system constructions as well as the exploration of efficient mode of power supply in both urban and rural areas.Combined with practice,the paper is aimed to present some innovative ideas and methods on exploring the energy-saving mode of power supply.Having discussed the relationship between national electricity and total energy,supposing that clean energy use is combined with substation area within the new rural land,the paper,according to the real condition of the power grid and the power supply requirements for Feicheng city,presents a plan of a energy-saving and intelligent mode of power supply aimed at this city,then puts it into practice.Thismode as well as the corresponding project is highlighted with 3 appliances: 1)in the intelligence substation area,the existing S111 transformer is replaced by an on-load capacity regulating transformer so that the capacity can be adjusted without power cut and the voltage is qualified,too;2)the solar photovoltaic power generation system,normally served as an off-grid system,is motivated by direct current to charge the battery,then the direct current is transformed to alternating current in an inverter to achieve the load supply.When the direct current system error or insufficient power supply in battery occur,the system can be connected to the power grid again,featuring its smart and interactive characteristics;3)in the MCR line dynamic reactive power compensation system,the stable grid voltage can be achieved with automatic reactive power output,meanwhile,the paralleled pole-mounted MCR and capacitors ensure the reactive power's dynamic compensation and step-less regulation,which largely saves the grid waste and promotes to the economic operation.There is evidence that the proposed mode with its appliance has a positive impact on various aspects like the promotion of power grid intelligence in the countryside,effective resource distribution and energy utilization,the development of power grid in rural areas and rural power service management.
