Central heating is mostly used for heating in large cities in the northern China,which has the advantages of high heat utilization rate,environmental green and so on.Central heating is an important part of China's urbanization process.It is necessary and realistic social significant for Beijing,the capital of China that improving energy-saving operating effect of central heating substation and energy-using efficiency,reducing energy consumption and heating operating cost.In this thesis,the principle and character of climate compensation,variable frequency energy-saving reconstruction and comprehensive energy-saving reconstruction which are usually applied in thermal stations of Beijing city are introduced as the theoretical base.The concept of life cycle cost theory and its application method in engineering cases are studied.I Do a detailed comparison of practical application effectiveness and economic efficiency of the three energy-saving methods mentioned above by life-circle cost theory.I select several thermal stations of different scales in Beijing City Area as pilot projects for engineering application,apply three energy-saving measures in different thermal stations and calculate the energy consumption in during operation.By contrasting and analyzing the energy consumption data of three energy-saving measure before and after application,the energy saving effect of three kinds of energy saving control measures is obtained and proved by variates of data.
