In recent years,rapid economic growth,rapid social development,rural transport has become an important constraint on the sustainable development of rural areas.In order to promote the economic development of rural areas,the state attaches great importance to the construction of rural roads step by step,and accelerates the speed of road construction.The state and local governments have invested a lot of money in rural infrastructure improvement,especially in the new construction and expansion of roads leading to the countryside,in order to improve the present situation of rural transportation and help the countryside get rid of poverty and become rich.Rural highway construction has become the focus of attention in rural economic development.At present,the patency rate of rural road administrative villages in Wenshan reaches 54.59%,and the access rate of administrative villages is 100%.But at the same time,as the frontier and mountainous area of Wenshan Prefecture,there are many problems in rural highway construction,which greatly restrict the development of rural economy.To further solve these problems,this paper studies the factors affecting the cost of rural highway project,and seeks the common and individual problems in rural highway project construction.In order to put forward more effective suggestions on project management and project cost control,it is urgent to study and analyze the cost index of rural highway project in depth,construct the cost index system which accords with the construction of rural highway in mountainous areas,and provide reference index for decision-making,design and construction of such projects.At the same time,it is more effective according to the characteristics of the projects.Control project construction cost and unit project cost.Therefore,on the basis of a great deal of investigation and Research on the cost data of rural highway in Wenshan Prefecture,this paper comprehensively applies the theories and basic principles of construction economics,engineering management,system analysis,mathematical statistics and so on,and makes a systematic analysis and Research on the cost index of rural highway in Wenshan Prefecture,which mainly includes:(1)By comparing and summarizing the research status of project cost management at home and abroad,and combining with the current situation of rural highway project cost management in Wenshan Prefecture,the systematic research ideas and methods are sorted out.(2)according to the cost composition of highway engineering projects,determine theobject to be analyzed in this paper.According to the regional characteristics of Wenshan Prefecture,20 rural highway projects have been collected,and the cost data of these rural highway projects are summarized.The overall characteristics of each project and the project final accounts share are summarized.(3)Study the content and calculation method of the cost index of rural highway project,summarize the quantity index and cost index of Wenshan prefecture,compare and analyze the index of each section,analyze the cost index of the project vertically,find out the variant factors of the cost of each stage and influence the project decision.Computational sensitivity factors.(4)According to the cost index,cost index and corresponding analysis results of rural highway project,this paper provides reference for the effective control and management of rural highway project cost in Wenshan prefecture,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the cost management of rural highway in Wenshan prefecture.
