Research And Practice Of Appropriate Aging Design Standards Under The Model Of Home-based Care

With the social development of our society,the aged providing security system of many cities in our country is confronted with a stern challenge,the improvement of Design standards for residential optimal aging can speed up the urgent needs of the elderly,especially for the growing number of elderly.China's current policy of the endowment living is based on family support for the aged,community support for the aged,institutions support for the aged.Most elderly people choose the family-based old age supporting,so the house construction is of great significance.Attempting to construct a practical and effective family-based old age supporting system in order to meet the wishes of the elderly and strengthen the self-reliance of the elderly.It is of great significance to promote reasonable and efficient design method and improve the efficiency of design.Based on the family-based old age supporting policies and cases on domestic and foreign,and against the current situation in our country and author's practice,this article puts forward suggestions for improvement of design standards,and summarize the available results in order to provide more detailed design reference and theoretical standards for architects.With the deepening of the research and increasingly standardized,these pension houses will certainly be loved by the majority of the elderly.For a start,this dissertation described the research achievements at home and abroad.Secondly,from the classification of home care model,we expound the importance of our country old-age home model construction.Making a comparative study of endowment pattern about overseas regions.Then,this dissertation summarized and analyzed the current status of the design standards for residential optimal aging,and combined the case to carry on the deep annalysis to the difficulties.Again,combined with case study,this dissertation put forward the standardization and general design recommendations of public space design,interior space design and equipment design in residential optimal aging areas.Finally,this dissertation summarized the full text of a case,and expounded the meaning of widely used and popularized in commercial housing.
