| The storage medium of a storage tank is a flammable and explosive dangerous product.Any quality problem will cause serious consequences.In engineering construction,the quality and safety problems at various stages of design,procurement and construction should not be ignored.Especially for overseas projects,the quality of project management is quite difficult due to the different political,economic and cultural environment of the country where the project is located.To analyze,improve and control the key quality problems is important to the EPC engineering in overseas oil storage.It has practical significance for upgrading the quality management level of EPC project in oil storage tanks,at the same time,being a guiding role for domestic enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness.This paper studies the quality theory and management methods of the reservoir,and studies the basic principles and methods of the engineering quality management.The application of Six Sigma quality management method and statistical method Logistic regression to the quality management of oil storage are introduced.On the basis of the study of the quality management theory,the diagnosis method of the quality management of the reservoir is studied,putting forward diagnosis method of the design,construction and acquisition quality problems.The case is used to carry out an empirical analysis.By collecting the quality sample data of several overseas construction oil storage depots,the quality management method is applied to statistics and classify the quality problems of EPC engineering design,construction and acquisition diagnosis.It is essential to build a knowledge base for quality problem diagnosis.On the basis of the diagnosis and analysis of the quality problems,the improvement measures and control methods are put forward.In the design stage,the classification training system of the trainer,the check responsibility system,the Kanban management,the work position design and the construction of information management system are set up.In the purchasing stage,the suppliers are classified and the purchasing process is managed dynamically.Then the purchasing products are tested in various ways.Finally the classified storage management and dynamic supervision of the purchase materials are carried out.In the construction stage,some things should be done,including the optimizing organizational structure,training personnel by multilevel classification,establishing the quality inspection and feedback mechanism.To the multi frequency problems,it must be examined specially.Through the application of control charts,questionnaires and other methods,the control of project quality management has also been realized.Based on the theory of Six Sigma management,this paper designs and puts forward an evaluation method for the management level of oil storage projects,and carries out an empirical analysis through a case study.Through the evaluation of project management level,we can effectively feedback the quality level of the oil depot and provide the basis for quality management and control.The quality management level of offshore oil storage projects has been improved by the application of improvement and control measures. |
