| The active promotion and implementation of the “The Belt and Road” strategy has provided an extremely rare historical opportunity for Chinese companies to continue to go global.Many Chinese electric power companies have already gone abroad and participated in the “Belt and Road” construction project,which has accumulated rich experience in power generation,transmission,substation,public facilities construction and commissioning operation services.Project management is a series of planning and monitoring that take into account all processes of the project and the objectives of all stakeholders.The aim is to control costs,product quality,project benefits and risks within a certain acceptable range within the expected time.Quality is the life of engineering projects and enterprises and to a large extent determines whether companies can win credibility and occupy the market in the competition.If enterprises want to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,it is not enough to rely on accurate strategic choices.Any competition between enterprises is inseparable from quality competition.How to effectively carry out process control is the core to ensure quality and improve quality,further promote the development of enterprises,win a broader market and obtain more profits.EPC project features a wide range of knowledge and many related engineering disciplines,complicated construction links,many cross-operations and high technical requirements.The project includes design,equipment procurement and transportation,installation and the whole process of trial operation.How to complete the project efficiently and with high quality,meet the technical requirements of the contract,and finally hand over to the owner,posing a great challenge to the project management.This paper takes the quality management activities of the overseas power station project in the specific implementation process of EPC as the research object,from project quality management system establishment,monitor supervision,management organization and personnel responsibility,quality process control,common quality defect prevention,quality training,quality inspection,conducted systematic and comprehensive research and analysis on non-conforming product control,quality accident management and quality awards,and applied the theoretical knowledge and management methods relatedto quality management in project management to analyze the implementation characteristics and project quality of overseas EPC power station projects.The control was carefully analyzed.Aiming at the problems existing in the quality management of the project,a series of solutions are proposed.The theory of total quality management is adopted,and the causes of quality problems are analyzed by cause-effect graphs,so as to propose countermeasures,including the control of Man Machine Material Method and Environment.Procurement,construction,trial and operation of the project upgrade.Through the above targeted quality management measures,the quality management of the project has been more orderly and healthy development and the project has been smoothly promoted. |
