Research On Green Construction Management Of Jinze Building Construction Project

The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China.Since the end of the 20th century,it has achieved of vigorous development and made great contribution to the development of China’s economic construction.But the development of the construction industry has also brought some pollution to our environment.The most direct and significant pressure comes from the resource consumption and environmental pollution in the construction stage.In order to realize the sustainability of the internal development of the construction industry,China has put forward a policy of "green construction".Although the social and environmental benefits in the green construction have been significantly improved,but because of the quality of personnel in the construction industry in our country is uneven,and they do not have a thorough grasp of related knowledge on the green construction,therefore they can not comprehensively and correctly understand what kind of economic benefits the green construction can bring.However,the green construction will become the inevitable development trend of the construction engineering industry.This article is divided into six parts to discuss the topic.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the full text has four parts.The first part is the introduction of green construction management.In addition to introducing the concept of green construction,the related contents of green construction management are summarized from three aspects,including the overall framework of green construction management,construction management procedures and the implementation of construction management.The second part,the planning and implementation of the green construction management system.From the establishment of the management system to the implementation of the management system,the two aspects of the system of green construction management are described in detail.It also points out the key points that should be paid attention to in the process of specific operation,as well as the key points that need to be planned in the process of implementation.The third part,the Jinze building project green construction management.From the introduction of the general introduction of the building project,the paper introduces the goal of green construction management,which is difficult at the beginning and need to take measures to achieve it.The actual analysis is made from the aspects of personnel,materials,machinery and construction environment.Through analysis,the problems existing in the implementation of green construction management in the project are summarized,and there are deficiencies from field management level to national macro policy.The fourth part,the construction project on the green construction management improves the countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the deficiency summarized in the last part,the personal views on solving the above problems are given from the aspects of management and policy.Green construction management should not only have scientific and systematic management measures,but also have a sound and perfect policy system.The purpose of this study is to provide methods and ideas for the majority of the project construction management and personnel management by using and promoting the green construction management system consciously and spontaneously,so as to make it has a wider application of adding values to the construction of engineering projects,reducing the impact of construction projects on the environment in China.
