Research On Green Construction Management Of Building Engineering

For a long time,the status of China's construction industry has always been: large consumption of resources,large energy consumption,and great impact on the natural environment and ecological environment.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party put the construction of ecological civilization on the strategic position of the overall layout of the "five in one" of socialism with Chinese characteristics;General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the 19 th National Congress that it is necessary to adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature;Put forward the "green development concept." In this context,in order to promote the construction industry from high energy consumption,low energy efficiency,pollution to energy consumption,energy efficiency,and promote environmental protection,actively promote green construction concepts,explore green construction methods,promote green construction applications,and solve The “awkward” dilemma faced by green construction in the practice process is the only way for the sustainable development of the current construction industry.This project takes the Hebei Publishing Media Creative Center project as an example.According to the relevant national standards and the relevant requirements of the China Construction Industry Association on the national green construction demonstration project,the management objectives of green construction are clarified,and the research plan and implementation plan for green construction are formulated.The actual situation of the project construction was taken from five aspects: environmental protection,material and material resource utilization,water and water use,energy conservation and energy utilization,land saving and land resource protection(four sections and one environmental protection).A management system including pre-planning,process implementation,performance evaluation,and application promotion was established and the research results were obtained.The project has passed the “five batches of national green construction demonstration projects” and has achieved good social and economic benefits.Practice has proved that the green construction management research results of this project can be used as reference for the green construction management of other construction projects.
