Green Construction Project Organization And Management Methods

Green construction is the keyto complete green buildings. Green constructionemphasizes scientific planning and management, effective construction technologyandmanagement measures in the construction processto realize "four kinds ofsavings and onekind ofenvironmentalprotection". Since2008when olympic venues had been built, greenconstruction related technical documentshave been made and green constructionapplications have beengeneralized. But green construction developed later in China,construction technicians and enterprises do not knowgreen construction well andstandardization mode ofgreen construction organization and management do not beenformed which lead to green construction develop slowly.In this paper, green construction organization and management had been studied,construction technologyof foundation engineering, main structurework, decorationengineering and electrical installation engineering had been analyzed, the negative factorsofconstruction process had been identified, and control measures non-green constructionhad been proposed which is combined with requirements of"four kinds ofsavingsand onekind ofenvironmentalprotection". Based on the analysis ofcontrol measures, the comparisonoftraditional construction methods and green construction methods had been analyzed, theidea which introduces standardized management into green construction had beenproposed, basic principles ofgreen construction standardization and management had beendetermined and standardization measures and suggestions oforganization, targetmanagement, personnel management, information management and managementprocesses had been put forward which are based on characteristics ofgreen constructionorganization and management. Standardizationcontrol methods and systemofgreenconstruction organization and management had been proposed which is combined withengineering examples. Green construction organization and management proposed in thisthesis can be references for all kinds ofconstruction enterprises and have theoreticalmeaning and practicalengineering value that can play an active role to extend greenconstruction widely.
