Application Research On Green Construction Management Of Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

Since the beginning of the new century,as China's urbanization process has been accelerating,the scale of the construction market has been expanding.The construction industry has become one of the pillar industries in national economy.However,the huge waste of resources and environmental issues behind the prosperity of construction industry need to be concerned.Promoting green construction mode has become the inevitable choice in the context of that the country is committed to the development of "resource-saving and environment-friendly society",as well as advocating the "low carbon economy","recycling economy"..Based on literature review,theoretical analysis and engineering case study,this paper summarizes and analyzes the theory of green construction management based on BIM technology.Firstly,this paper describes the development and current researching status of green construction and BIM both in china and abroad.Secondly,this paper sums up the definitions of green construction,points out the connotation of green construction,and puts forward the significance of implementing green construction.At the same time,it summarizes the meaning of BIM,discusses the four core technology of BIM,and introduces the concept of green BIM through the simple introduction of the core modeling software and 12 kinds of related software.Then,with the entry point of the advantages of the BIM technology in green construction management,this study established the information system of the management of green construction based on BIM technology from four aspects as below:management objectives,management contents,management methods and management processes,and clear the technology roadmap for BIM applications.Finally,with the combination of practical application of specific project,this paper created and maintained a BIM model,as well as build the information system of management of green construction based on BIM technology through the establishment of BIM standard,programming the BIM application plan and formulation of BIM applicable process etc,focused on the solutions,the implementation process and effects of problems that were encountered when the BIM technology was applying in the green construction of the certain project.Eventurally,the project has achieved good social benefits,environmental benefits and economic benefits by using BIM technology in environmental protection,material saving,water saving,land saving etc.
