| Micro electromagnetic vibration feeder has the advantages of small volume、light weight、simple structure、convenient installation and operation the cost,so it is widely used in different walks of life to powder、granular material feeding、automatic quantitative batching and packaging process,such as light industry,chemical industry,food,grinding and so on.Micro electromagnetic vibration feeder can realize the centralized control and automatic control of the production process.In view of this,the miniature vibrating feeder is especially suitable for the place where the pyrotechnics are exported.But,many places of pyrotechnics require accurate feeding and precision to reach the level of Mg.This poses are a challenge to feeding system,therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanical structure of feed system、chemical size、 the particle morphology and flow ability to ensure the stability and uniformity of the feed.The following are the results obtained from the research of the micro vibration feeder:1.A brief theoretical analysis of the movement of materials in the feed hopper and tanks is made,and the factors affecting the movement of the material are found.Then,the 3D solid model is established by Creo3.0 and the vibration analysis is carried out,so some practical data are obtained.2.By discrete element software EDEM2.6 to build the rigid powder coupling vibration feeder model,reveals the physical mechanism for some typical materials in the process of just loose coupling phenomena of granular material in the groove;vibration and movement of feed hopper and dispersion of the rigid body characteristic reaction law research,some important conclusions are obtained,providing the reference for the design of similar devices.3.The design of quantitative feeding device for the production line of space initiating explosive device is carried out.Through the simulation analysis and finite element modal analysis and experimental verification,it is concluded that the design of the device is reasonable and available. |
