With the development of power grid technology,my country’s substation construction has entered the era of intelligence.The future development of State Grid has taken the construction of intelligent "unattended" stations as the main development direction.A strong power grid is an effective way for the country to realize low-carbon power energy,and smart grid is the core of realizing a strong power grid.Therefore,the construction of smart grid has become the development trend of power grids in the 21st century,and it also provides a way to improve the quality of power grid operation.Important Guarantee.Smart substation is an important component of smart grid,and it is an effective way to realize substation operation,monitor the safety of power grid equipment and ensure the reliability of power supply of the power grid.Based on the research of the Xinglong 500 kV "unattended" ultra-high voltage smart substation built by the State Grid Corporation of China,this paper analyzes the design process and core content of the smart substation.In the electrical primary part,the power flow calculation is used as the theoretical analysis basis,and the analysis results illustrate the impact of Xinglong Station on the regional po wer grid structure after the system is to be connected to the system.Under the premise of accurate calculation of short-circuit current,complete the selection and verification of electrical main equipment.Determine the reactive power compensation capaci ty to ensure the rationality of the system wiring method and the overall electrical layout.For the second part of the electrical system,the automation system and electrical protection design of Xinglong Station are emphatically considered in order to ach ieve full monitoring of electrical equipment.The protection design of this site is characterized by the realization of zero "dead zone" protection configuration.When electrical equipment fails,the point of failure can be accurately determined and dealt with in time to avoid more serious situations,thereby ensuring the reliability of power supply and the safety of operating personnel and equipment.The design of this station also applies advanced intelligent power station control system,and realizes the visualization of the overall structure and equipment distribution of the power station by means of digital three-dimensional design.The intelligent system also has functions such as environmental condition monitoring,power equipment operatio n monitoring and management,intelligent equipment inspection,video surveillance,etc.,assists in the intelligent analysis of multi-dimensional data in substations,and accesses the master station of the centralized control center management system through the integrated data network to achieve Objectives such as overhaul of substation equipment status,three-dimensional information configuration display,etc.The station is located in Hulunbuir City,which has been put into operation since September18,and is in good operation condition.It fundamentally solves the problem of safe and stable operation of power grid in Yakeshi area of Hulunbuir City,strengthens the safe and reliable transmission of power in Yakeshi area,and provides guarantee for the ec onomic development of Yakeshi area.
