Research On Security Risk Management Of YM Highway Construction Projects

The last few years,the highway construction project has developed rapidly in our country,the highway construction project with large investment,long construction period and construction is difficult and complex technical and project participants and other characteristics,more and more unforeseen factors in the process of construction,so the highway engineering construction is a high-risk process,project participants are at greater risk,such as not to prevent and control,is likely to be influenced troublefree operation of engineering construction,to the owner and contractor have severe consequences,bring huge losses.Therefore,the study on the safety risk management of highway construction projects and how to control risks become the key steps of highway construction.Based on YM highway construction project as an example,first of all risks,the definition of project risk and project risk management,method,process,etc,and then in the risk identification phase,brainstorming and the method of safety check list method,the hazard is divided into several levels,determine project examination,woven into a corresponding checklist,according to the actual operation of the checklist,identify the project risk.In the risk analysis and evaluation phase,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to evaluate the safety risk and determine the risk level.Finally,according to the severity of risk and risk level,corresponding risk response and monitoring measures should be developed.Based on the risk identification,risk assessment and risk response and risk monitoring and so on aspect of project research,forming a set of perfect highway project construction safety risk management system,the system further enrich the risk management of highway engineering construction project safety related theory and method,for all kinds of security risks in the process of highway construction control to provide the reference,at the same time reduce construction production safety accidents,to effectively control the production cost,improve project economic benefit and social benefit.
