The total amount of agricultural irrigation water intake is a significant indicator to assess the level of irrigation water use in irrigation area. Moreover,it is also a concrete manifestation of water saving and water management in irrigation area.Through conducting the analysis on estimation result of agricultural irrigation water consumption in Irrigation District,it can effectively guide the planning and design of farmland water conservancy project, assess the potential of agricultural water saving reasonably and enhance the optimal allocation of regional water resource's.It is the main basis for most stringent water resources management system in implementing "total control, quota management".On the basis of the three years'specific experiment and data analysis, the present article discusses the feasible ways and means of estimating the amount of agricultural irrigation in this area, and provides scientific guidance for agricultural water management and rational allocation of water resources in Jinshan District.Furthermore,it has achieved the following main research results:(1)To investigate the technical approaches and methods of estimating agricultural irrigation water intake under different irrigation conditions. The advantages and disadvantages and the applicable conditions of different methods of irrigation water use coefficient were compared in accordance with different requirements, which can determine the irrigation water utilization coefficient measurement method.Together with the actual situation of small-sized water-lifting irrigation area in Jinshan district, the principles and means of sampling survey were selected from the regional scale, and 16 typical irrigation areas such as Hebei and A ling orchard were selected as sample irrigation, and the article adopted "First and second measurement method" to conduct irrigation water utilization coefficient calculation for sample irrigation area.(2)In terms of the conditional 12 sample irrigation area, install the ultrasonic flow meter automatically measure the irrigation water intake process, and with regard to no automatic flow meter installation conditions, the irrigation area is used flow meter flow measurement to carry out the sample irrigation area for on-site water. The results suggested that the water demand of the crops was determined by the way of measuring cylinder. Moreover, the net irrigation volume of the sample irrigation area was determined. In order to guarantee the reliability of the results,(P-M)crop water demand(P-M),which is located in the agricultural automatic weather station near the irrigation area,is used for the sampling of vegetable crops(which includes greenhouse vegetable planting). The results indicated that the results of the two methods were better than those of the control group, and the difference between the two methods is only about 2.6%.(3)The regional scale conversion of irrigation water utilization coefficient was adopted by using the weight ratio of irrigated area to the proportion of total area of irrigated area as well as the proportion of irrigated water in the sample irrigation area to the total agricultural irrigation. The difference is not obvious. The region's irrigation water utilization coefficient in Jinshan District from 2014 to 2016 were respectively0.731?0.741?0.742,which was increasing year by year trend.Furthermore, region constantly promote the use of efficient water-saving irrigation technique, and constantly promote the construction of high standards of farmland, which can further strengthen the field of water management, irrigation and water supply and irrigation during the water waste.Meanwhile,it can effectively be controlled. The results suggested that the improvement of field construction and management is the potential for utilizing agricultural irrigation water efficiently in the future.(4)The preliminary results indicated that the proportion of crop cultivation structure, farmland infrastructure situation as well as agricultural production management level are the main influencing factors of regional agricultural irrigation water intake in different hydrological years. Moreover,it is also an important basis for estimating agricultural irrigation water quota. Therefore, from this analysis, the quota of irrigation water in Jinshan District is of great significance to enhance the management of irrigation water,to promote the scientific water use as well as to optimize the allocation of water resources.
