Effect Of Substrate Combination On Quality, Yield And Quality Of Kenjing 5 Seedlings

In order to realize matrix cultivation seedling,study combined effect of different matrix,n utrient solution and seedling type.The test was carried out in 2015~2016 years,kenjing5 as teste d varieties,using a completely randomized design,the effect of different treatments on cultivate d kenjing 5 seedling quality,growth and physiological characteristics,yield and quality,to provid e theoretical reference and technical support for the achievement of industrialization breeding an d rice industrialization development.The results are below:1.In terms of seedling quality,the best combination was matrix powder,bowl shaped flat blanket seedling plate and the No.2 nutrient solution,the leaf age,root length,root number,plant above ground,underground dry weight and rooting ability were increased by 5.7%,12.9%,10.3%,12.9%,21.4%,18.7% respectively than control group.There was o bvious difference among each character.Followed by the combination among matrix pow der,bowl shaped blanket seedling plate and the No.2 nutrient solution.2 The different substrate combinations improved effective panicle.There was a signif icant positive correlation between effective panicle and yield(r=0.743*).In the term of the SPAD value,heading and filling dry weight stage of leaf area,NSC,root vigor,the b est treatment was 14.Compared with the control group,they increased by 8.9%,10.9%,9.4%,8.3%,4.2%,15.7% and 18.1%,respectively.The difference reached a very significant le vel.3.The combination among matrix powder,plate and the No.2 nutrient solution can improve seedling quality,so that grain density,ear weight,primary branches number,seco ndary branches number increased by 17.6%,6.6%,4.2%,23.3%,respectively,and there was significant or extremely significant level among primary branches number,secondary bran ches number and panicle length panicle number 1000 grain weight and yield.4.In the term of the yield,the best treatment was 14.Compared with control group,yield,the number of spike and the number of grains per spike significantly increased by5.5%,4.8%,1.8%,respectively.The grain number per spike spike number,grain numbe r per spike,1000 grain weight and yield were positively relationship.(r =0.945**,0.957**,0.928**).The combination among Matrix powder,flat blanket and the No.2 nut rient solution can improve seedling quality,so that increase the number of spike,grain number per ear and 1000 grain weight.The increase of rice yield was mainly due to the increasing panicle number,grain number per spike and 1000 grain weight.5.In the term of milling quality,the best treatment was 11.The milling quality increa sed by 1.3%,2.1%,9.4%,repectively;In the term of the appearance quality,nutrition qua lity and eating quality,the best treatment was 10;Compared with control group,taste sco re of treatment 10 was higher 2.2%.In sum,the treatment 10(matrix plate and bowl s haped blanket seedling tray and 1 Nutrient solution)was the best.6.The yield of the optimal matrix combination has increased to 858.9 yuan/hm2 co mpared with RiZhao.In spite of limiting the cost matrix,and the economic benefit is not significant,but considering operate easily,protect the ecological environment and sustai nable development of agricultural,matrix combination has better ecological benefits.
