The experiment was conducted in modern greenhouses and plastic greenhouses in the northwest corner of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University campus from April to August 2016.The cucumber variety “Changchun Mici” was used as the test material.The Trichoderma spp.,which had significant control effect against cucumber bacterial blight,was selected through the plate-to-cock test to prepare the Trichoderma fermentation agent and the pathogenic mycelium suspension.The experiment was conducted with a randomized block test.To design and use potted and field trials to study the effects of different types of Trichoderma on cucumber morphogenesis,material accumulation,physiological characteristics,yield and quality,as well as the control efficacy against cucumber blight,for the development and application of the late Trichoderma system Provide theoretical basis,provide technical support for cucumber plant safety,high yield,high quality cultivation.The test results are as follows:1.At the seedling stage,the treatment of T.arsenatum,Ta 437,T.harzianum Th670,and T.harzianum Th752 all significantly increased plant height,stem diameter,root volume and leaf area of cucumber seedlings.Among them,at 12 days after cucumber sowing,compared with the CK2,that is,the blank control inoculated with PD liquid medium,the treatment with only the inoculation of T.harzianum Th670 had the highest increase in plant height,stem diameter,root volume and leaf area,and the growth rate reached respectively 53.48%,19.80%,26.00%,32.47%.T1 treatment had the best treatment effect on morphological indicators in all treatment treatments of pathogens such as T1,T2,T3,CK4 and CK1.Among them,T1 treatments in T.harzianum Th670 had the best effect on plant height,stem diameter,root volume,and leaf area at 12 days after cucumber sowing,compared with CK1,which only inoculated with pathogenic bacteria.42.14%,20.14%,72.73%,27.47%.In summary,T.harzianum Th670 has the strongest promoting effect on the morphogenesis of cucumber seedlings.2.At seedling stage,the treatment of T.arsenatum,Ta 437,T.harzianum Th670 and T.harzianum Th752 significantly increased the fresh weight and root weight of cucumber seedlings.Among them,at 12 days after cucumber sowing,compared with CK2,the blank control inoculated with PD liquid medium,the treatment of inoculation of Th670 from T.harzianum only had the highest increase in shoot fresh weight and root fresh weight,with an increase of 60.00% and 36.84,respectively.%.T1 treatment had the best effect on the amount of material accumulation in the treatments of pathogens that inoculated with Blight pathogens,namely T1,T2,T3,CK4 and CK1.Among them,compared with CK1,which was inoculated only with pathogenic bacteria,the T1 treatment method of T.harzianum yielded the best effect at 12 days after cucumber sowing.The aboveground fresh weight and root fresh weight increased the highest,and the growth rate reached 61.82% respectively.40.00%.In summary,T.harzianum Th670 has the most significant effect on the accumulation of cucumber seedlings,with the strongest promoting effect.3.At the seedling stage,The treatment of Trichoderma aspergillus Ta437,Th670 and Th752 caused a significant increase in chlorophyll content,root vigor,leaf nitrate reductase activity,leaf superoxide dismutase activity,and leaf peroxidase activity.Activity,leaf catalase activity,leaf ascorbate peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase activity,total root absorption area,active root absorption area,reduced leaf membrane permeability,leaf nitrate nitrogen content,root surface specific surface The effect is not significant.Among them,at the 12 th day after cucumber sowing,compared with the CK2,which is the blank control inoculated with PD liquid medium,the treatment of only inoculation of Th 670 with respect to chlorophyll content,root activity,leaf nitrate reductase activity,leaf superoxide dismutase activity Leaf peroxidase activity,leaf catalase activity,leaf ascorbate peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase activity,total root absorption area,root active absorption area increased the highest,the growth rate reached 43.55%,28.46%,51.77%,70.58%,93.03%,51.53%,41.17%,69.05%,16.13%,25.00%.T1 treatment had the best effect on the physiological metabolism in the treatment of bacterial wilt pathogens,namely T1,T2,T3,CK4 and CK1.Among them,T1 treatments in T.harzianum Th670 had the best effect on chlorophyll content,root activity,leaf nitrate reductase activity,and leaf blade,compared with CK1,which was only inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani,12 days after cucumber sowing.Superoxide dismutase activity,leaf peroxidase activity,leaf catalase activity,leaf ascorbate peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase activity,total root absorption area,and root active absorption area increased the highest,and the growth rate reached the highest 68.82%,61.02%,44.53%,93.64%,101.48%,40.62%,31.48%,52.83%,21.05%,39.29%.In summary,the effect of Th670 on the physiological metabolism of cucumber seedlings was the strongest.4.At the seedling stage,after treatment with seven different inoculation methods,inoculation with T.arsenatum,Ta 437,T.harzianum Th670,and T.harzianum Th752,respectively,reduced the disease index of cucumber blight and improved the control effect.5.During the fruit period,After Trichoderma reesei Ta437,Th670,and T.harzianum Th752 were treated with roots,the SPAD content,soluble sugar content,sucrose content,nitrate reductase activity and peroxidase were significantly increased.Activity,catalase activity,polyphenol oxidase activity,and ascorbate oxidase activity decreased the content of nitrate nitrogen,among which Thylium harzianum Th670 had an effect on cucumber SPAD content,soluble sugar content,sucrose content,nitrate reductase activity,and The activities of oxide enzyme activity,catalase activity,polyphenol oxidase activity,and ascorbate oxidase activity promoted the strongest,with growth rates of 13.55%,32.47%,92.86%,65.20%,404.29%,20.09%,30.79% and 20.14%,and the reduction of nitrate nitrogen reached 40.52%.In summary,T.harzianum Th670 has the strongest effect on the physiological metabolism of cucumber fruit.6.During the fruit period,after treatment with Trichoderma reesei Ta437,Th670 and Th752,the root diameter and fruit weight of the fruit were significantly increased,and the longitudinal diameter of the fruit was decreased.Compared with the control,the yield of cucumber was significantly increased.Among them,Th670 had the most significant effect on the increase of cucumber yield,and the yield increased to 22.08%.7.During the fruit period,after treatment with Trichoderma reesei Ta437,Th670 and Th752,the soluble solid content,soluble sugar content,Vc content and soluble protein were significantly increased.The content of nitrate decreased the content of nitrate and reduced the accumulation of nitrate in fruit.Among them,the content of soluble solids,soluble sugar,Vc and soluble protein of Cucumber produced by T.harzianum increased the most.31.25%,24.40%,550.00%,23.72%,and the nitrate reduction reached 37.49%.In summary,the effect of Th670 on the fruit quality of cucumber was the strongest.
