Hepatic cellular carcinoma is one of the malignant tumors with high morbidity and mort-ality in the world.Studies have shown that there are some basic moxibustion clinical curative effect on the treatment of liver cancer,and moxibustion for treatment of diseases for thousa-nds of years of history?Therefore,This study uses small Moxa cone moxibustion at"Ganshu"(BL18),to observe the dose effect relationship between direct moxibustion and ginger partit-ioned moxibustion on liver function and tumor related factors in HCC precancerous lesions,and reveal the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on primary hepatic carcinoma.ObjectiveIn this experiment,the rat model of HCC induced by DEN as the research object,direct moxibustion on rats of different doses and ginger moxibustion intervention.To observe the ef-fect of moxibustion on liver pathological morphology of rats liver function,AFP and TNF-?,and investigate the preventive effect of moxibustion on HCC rats and effect evaluation of different quantity of moxibustion and moxibustion on HCC rats.Method70 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group(10 rats),model group(15 rats),direct moxibustion group 1(15),direct moxibustion group 2(15),ginger moxibustion gro-up(15);In addition to the normal group,the rats in each group were injected intraperiton-eally with 10mg/ml DEN solution,2 times a week,each interval of 3 or 4D(about 84h),for a peri-od of 10 weeks;Direct moxibustion group 1 and gin-ger moxibustion group were treated by moxa cone at "Ganshu"(BL18),3 cones/acu-point,direct moxi-bustion group 2 were treated by moxa cone at "Ganshu"(BL18),6 cones/acupoint,every other day for 1 times,for 10 we-eks.After modeling,the rats in each group were taken blood,the liver was removed,and the index of liver was cal-culated;Pathological changes of liver in rats were observed by HE stai-ning;The GGT,AST,ALP,AFP and TNF-a in serum of rats in each group were detected by ELISA method.Results1 Pathological changes of liver tissue:HE staining showed that the normal hepatic artery and hepatic sinusoid of rats in normal group were normal.The model group induced tumor formation,lobular structure completely destroyed,nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio,hyperchromatic nuclei,atypia increased;Direct moxibustion group had a small amount of liver plate,nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio increased,liver cell nu-clear atypia duo,low.Direct moxibustion 2 groups,the nuclei are hyperchromatic,increased nuclear/cytoplasmic ratios,and liver cells have dual core.Ginger mox-ibustion group,with hyperchromatic nuclei,nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio inc-reased,liver cells have dual.2 The expression of AFP in serum:Compared with the normal group,the con-tent of AFP in serum of model group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the serum AFP levels of direct moxibustion group 1 and ginger separated moxibustion group were decreased(P<0.05).3 Expression of liver function in serum:Compared with the normal group,the serum levels of AST,GGT and ALP were significantly higher in the model group(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the content of GGT in the direct moxi-bustion group 1,direct moxibustion group 2 and ginger separated moxibustion group were decreased(P<0.05);The contents of AST and ALP in serum of ginger separated moxibustion group were decreased(P<0.05).4 The expression of TNF-ain serum:Compared with the normal group,the serum TNF-a level of model group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the content of AFP in direct moxibustion group 2 was decrea-sed(P<0.05).Conclusion1 Direct moxibustion and ginger separated moxibustion can improve the path-ological morphology of rat liver and reduce the degree of cell canceration,but the two kinds of moxi-bustion on the degree of improvement was no significant difference on it.2 The 1 groups of direct moxibustion reduced the serum AST,GGT,ALP,AFP,and TNF-alpha in HCC rats,and the effect of reducing serum index was better than that of direct moxi-bustion group 2.3 Direct moxibustion 1 groups can effectively reduce the serum AFP and TNF-levels in the precancerous lesions of HCC rats,indicating that direct moxibustion in the 1 groups can slow down the DEN of rat liver inflammatory stimulation,inhibit the growth of liver cancer cells.4 The little moxa cone moxibustion can effectively reduce HCC rat serum AST,precancerous lesions of GGT,ALP and AFP content,indicating ginger moxibustion group can significantly improve the liver function of rats,reduce liver cell damage,inhibit the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.5 The little moxa cone moxibustion and ginger moxibustion in a certain degree of HCC rats has a preventive effect,can delay the process of liver cancer,the mechanism might be by reducing the pressure between the liver cells,reduce DEN inflammatory injury in rat liver cells,improve liver cell membrane permeability,regulation mediated by TNF-alpha signal pathway and other aspects to reduce the degree of liver cancer cells.
