Purpose:The primary hepatic carcinoma model was produced by abdominal diethyl nitrosamine(DEN)injection in this experiment.Serum AFP,AFU,and?-GT were examined by ELISA method,moreover,Western Blot was taken to examine the Wnt/?-catenin channel,and hepatic cell structure of rats and morphologic variation were observed in order to discuss the therapeutic efficacy of scarred moxibustion on BL18 and ST36.Material and method:30 Male healthy Wistar rats,all(180±20)g,were selected as the experimental objects and divided into 5 groups which were the Blank group,the Control group,the Doxorubicin group,the BL18 group,and the ST36 group,and 6 one in each group.All rats were reared under the condition of(24±1)? temperature and(50±5)% humidity where enough food and fresh water must be provided to them.Designated person changed their bedding in box every two days.Rats of the blank group were left alone,only providing food and water.And the rest were injected by diethyl nitrosamine(DEN)to produce primary hepatic carcinoma models.The control group was left without any further treatment after model production.The Doxorubicin group was treated by doxorubicin and the BL18 group and the ST36 group were by scarred moxibustion on corresponding acupoints.Eosin Y staining solution and Hematoxylin solution were applied on the hepatic cell to observe the morphologic variation in the 17 th week of experiment.Serum of Alpha-fetoprotein,?-glutamyl transpeptidase and ?-L-fucosidase was examined according to operation procedures of ELISA,moreover,Western Blot was taken to examine the ?-catenin on Wnt/?-catenin channel.Result: 1.Compared with the Blank group,level of AFP,AFU,?-GT in the Control group is distinctly higher(P<0.05),and level of ?-catenin is also higher(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group,AFP,AFU,?-GT in the Doxorubicin group,the BL18 group,and the ST36 group,is distinctly lower(P<0.05),and the expression of ?-catenin is is distinctly lower(P<0.05).3.Compared with the Doxorubicin group,AFP,AFU,?-GT in the BL18 group,and the ST36 group,is distinctly lower(P<0.05),the expression of ?-catenin is is distinctly lower(P<0.05)4.Compared with the BL18 group,AFP,AFU,?-GT in the ST36 group is distinctly higher(P<0.01).According to the examination of Wnt/?-catenin channel and sFPR1,scarred moxibustion on BL18 has more effective efficacy(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1 Scar moxibustion treatment on hepatic carcinoma rats has positive efficacy onregulating and improving their carcinoma cell condition.It has proven that scarredmoxibustion on BL18 and ST36 can improve the pathological condition of hepaticcarcinoma rats.2.Examined by joint of AFP,AFU and ?-GT,the serum levels and ?-catenin expression are lower in the BL 18 group and the ST 36 group than the Doxorubicin group in which has proven better efficacy on treating hepatic carcinoma rats than the ST 36 group and BL 18 group.3.Examined by joint of AFP,AFU and ?-GT,the serum levels are lower in both BL18 group and ST36 group in which has proven better efficacy on treating hepatic carcinoma rats than the Doxorubicin group.4.According to the examination of Wnt/?-catenin channel and sFPR1,scarred moxibustion on BL18 has more effective efficacy.
