[Objective]Through the meta-analysis method, the previous literatures were summarized and evaluated, and the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and chemotherapy on the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and the quality of life were analyzed.[Methods]The electronic library and the manual retrieval of mutual retrieval methods, the d omestic library selection:Chinese journal full text database(CNKI,1984-2016.12);Chi nese Journal of Biomedical Literature(CBM,1978-2016.12);Chongqing Vibu database(VIP,1989-2016.12),Wanfang database(Wanfang,1980-2016.12);Foreign language li brary:PubMed(1966-2016.12),Cochrane Library(1988-2016.12)database randomizedcontrolled trials.Language is limited to Chinese and English. The results were analyz ed by Meta-analysis software RevMan5.3 software.Meta-analysis was used to analyze the inclusion of RR,and the time-event variables were analyzed using HR The heter ogeneity test was performed using chi-square test, and the results of the included liter ature were analyzed by fixed or random effects model.Outcome measures include:tot al tumor efficiency;total stability;quality of life Kashi(KPS)score improvement rate.[Results]A total of 14 cases were included in the literature, which included a total of 798 cases. The total number of cases involved in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer tumor efficiency and tumor stability of the same literature,a total of 13 articles, involving a total of 758 cases of cases;simple Chinese medicine control first-line chemotherapy regimen treatment of non-small cell lung cancer Small cell lung cancer quality of life KPS score improvement rate for the study into seven articles, involving a total of 351 cases of cases.[Meta-analysis]1.There is no advantage in the use of first-line chemotherapy alone in the treatment of clinical neoplasms of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.X2 = 16.55,df = 12,p = 0.17>0.05,I2 ?28%<50%,And the heterogeneity of each study was low.The results showed that RR =0.50,[95%CI(0.36,0.68)],and the effect test Z = 4.36(P<0.0001),which was statistically significant.2.The effect of simple use of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)alone was better than that of first-line chemotherapy alone in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.X2 = 10.46,df == 12,p = 0.58>0.05,12= 0<50%Heterogeneity is low, homogeneity is better. The results showed that RR = 0.99,[95%CI(0.90,1.09)],and the effect test Z = 0.15(P--0.88>0.05)was not statistically significant.3.There was a significant difference in the quality of life(KPS)Lower, and the heterogeneity of each study was significantly higher than that of the control group,X2 = 3.49,df = 6,p=0.74>0.05,12 = 0%<50%,and with good homogeneity. The results showed that RR=2.53,[95%Cl(1.94,3.30)],and the effect test Z = 6.38(P<0.00001),which was statistically significant. The fourteen literatures included RCTs,six of which referred to specific randomized approaches. The other eight subgroups referred only to the word "random" and did not specify the randomized method, and only one The literature refers to the allocation of hidden,so there is selective bias. All the references in the literature only mention the use of single-blind methods in the literature do not mention whether the use of blindness,so there is measurement bias and implementation bias.[Conclusions]Compared with simple first-line chemotherapy, there is a certain advantage in the improvement of KPS score in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer quality of life. But in the overall clinical stability of the efficacy of similar clinical efficacy in the total no advantage.
